The location of the apartment is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, town, and attractions like the arcades and North Pier. The spacious and well-appointed apartment offers modern living areas with good wifi and TV. Guests appreciated the full kitchen facilities and the comfortable beds. The staff was welcoming and helpful, providing a pleasant experience overall.
Some parts of the property, including the bedroom walls and living room sofa, could use refreshing, and the absence of a dustpan and brush and extra bin bag was a minor inconvenience.

Incredible space for the cost, perfect for families with children who have additional needs. Slight noise, but my children slept perfectly. Close to everything, including the beach and town. John is always available if anything is needed. Thank you!

The Oak 2 Bed apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern and tastefully decorated interiors. The spaciousness and high-end furnishings made it great value for money. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, with bars and other amenities within easy reach. We will definitely choose this apartment again for our future visits.
The hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary requirements.

Stayed here with my toddler and 2 children with additional needs. The apartment is great for the cost and so much space! People complaining about the noise but it’s not that bad and slight noise is to be expected with the location especially on a weekend but my 2 children who have sleeping issues still slept perfectly. Yes, it could do with a refresh but I’ve stayed in much worse places. John is lovely and always a text or call away if anything is needed. Close to everything you could need and a short walk to the beach, town and arcades/tower. We will be back next year :-) Thank you, John.
Do recommend this hotel.

The 2-bedroom apartment at Oak in Blackpool was super cozy and homey. The living room had a big flat-screen TV where we snuggled up and watched our favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for us, as we love cooking together as a family.
Personally, I found the washing machine in the apartment a bit noisy. But hey, it's just my two cents, and some people might not mind it at all.
